1. Services
Nachid Consults provides print-on-demand ("POD") consulting services, including but not limited to store audits, niche and product research, listing optimization, advertising strategy and ongoing advisory, delivered remotely via video call and written documents. By purchasing any service you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Orders & Payment
All services are purchased through this website and paid via Stripe, Inc. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are shown in EUR; applicable taxes (including VAT) are displayed at checkout. You will receive a payment receipt from Stripe and an invoice from Nachid Consults for every order.
3. Booking, Scheduling & Delivery
After payment you will be contacted at the email you provide within 24 hours to schedule your session(s). Services are delivered digitally (video calls, recordings, PDF reports); no physical goods are shipped. If you fail to attend a session without at least 24 hours' notice, the session may be forfeited. Sessions may be rescheduled once with 24 hours' notice at no cost.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session. Our first-session satisfaction guarantee and all refund conditions are described in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your store and business, to maintain access to any accounts needed for the work, and to comply with the terms of the platforms you sell on (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, etc.). You are solely responsible for your business decisions and compliance with applicable laws.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Consulting is advisory in nature. While we apply proven, data-based methods, we do not and cannot guarantee specific sales, revenue, rankings or advertising outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your execution, budget, niche and market conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
Deliverables created specifically for you (reports, action plans, briefs) are yours to use for your own business upon full payment. Our methodologies, frameworks and materials remain our intellectual property and may not be resold or redistributed.
8. Confidentiality
Information you share with us about your business is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, your card and payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure systems. We never see, receive or store your card number, CVV or full payment credentials. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller under its own Privacy Policy and is PCI-DSS compliant.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to inquiries and schedule sessions (legal basis: contract / pre-contractual steps).
- To deliver services, issue invoices and meet accounting obligations (legal basis: contract / legal obligation).
- To improve our website and services (legal basis: legitimate interest).
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors strictly needed to run the business — Stripe (payments), our email/hosting provider and video-call tools — each bound by confidentiality, and only where authorities require by law.

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Invoicing and transaction records are retained as required by Portuguese tax law (generally 10 years).
6. Your rights

1. Cancellation before your session
You may cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no extra cost.
2. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first session in the "Proof" (€95) or "Print Run" (€349) packages, contact us within 7 days of that session and we will refund it in full — no interrogation, no hard feelings.
3. Monthly retainer ("The Studio")
You may cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid month. Partial months are not refunded, except where our satisfaction guarantee applies to your very first session.
4. If we cancel
If we must cancel or reschedule a session for reasons on our side, you choose between a rescheduled slot or a full refund of the affected session.
5. How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically appearing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact@nachidconsults.online with your name, order/receipt number and reason. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and process approved refunds promptly.

This website is deliberately minimal. We use only strictly necessary data required for the site to function (for example, remembering that you've opened a policy window during your visit). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
